Fees / Charges
Nationals Cancellation Fee:
25% fee for withdrawing from a National tournament before 30 days of the first session. There will be no refunds for teams withdrawing after May 15th, 2022. Any refunds due will be applied to credit.
Organization canceled event refund process:
Rain out or other unforeseen events causing a tournament to cancel will be subject to rescheduling. If a team elects to receive refund, a refund shall be issued minus 20%. Refund cost is used to offset credit card fees during payment and repayment of event cost.
Client Cancellation Fee:
For client cancellation more than 7 days out before a regular event there will be a 20% cancellation fee. Within 7 days there will be no refund.
